In 2020, we designed the innovative yet smartly priced Fork Restaurant within a Grade-II listed Georgian shop in the centre of Lewes, East Sussex, across 2,000 sq ft.
The co-owner and Chef Richard Falk, who previously worked at the two-Michelin-starred The Ledbury in Notting Hill and spent five years at Robin Gill’s Dairy in South London, will be serving Lewes locals a modern British menu.
It was to be designed, manufactured and installed within three months, which we achieved, on budget. Our work involved concept development, planning, architectural interventions, bespoke furniture and graphic design.
