Opened Summer 2022.

A London based cosmetics client wanted to develop a unique and distinctive design look and feel for a handful of new premium cosmetic surgeries. Since 2008 they have helped over 600k women look and feel their best. Pioneers and took aesthetic procedures from the exclusive confines of Harley Street and brought them to the High Street. Now the largest independent chain of clinics in London. They never wavered in your commitment to being approachable, offering value for money and focused on delivering exceptional experiences and innovative treatments to their clients

The concept followed three pillars of Design:

Heritage, Behaviour, Reputation

Most importantly we wanted to understand the customer journey and the experience the customer has as they navigate their way through the clinic. It provides an opportunity to stress-test, how the customer experiences the clinic - from first entering the clinic, interacting with staff and interior features and finally leaving the clinic.

The journey will be interrogated in minute detail, ensuring each interaction results in a positive outcome and the overall experience of being in the clinic is optimal.
